GAF

As a GAF Certified contractor we install complete GAF systems, not just a bundle of shingles. That means the underlayment, the starter strip, the ridge cap and the ventilation are all part of one engineered system, which is what lets us back the work for 10 years. As a GAF Certified Plus contractor, we back our installs with a 10-year workmanship warranty through GAF. Our workhorse shingle is the GAF Timberline HDZ, shown with its colours on our GAF shingle colours page.

HAAG

We are HAAG Certified, so storm damage gets inspected the way an adjuster inspects it, and cosmetic marks get told apart from bruising that shortens a roof’s life. As HAAG Certified inspectors we will not push a replacement you do not need. What that inspection looks for is set out on our storm and hail damage restoration page.

10-year workmanship warranty through GAF

Every roof we install carries a 10-year workmanship warranty through GAF. We back our workmanship for 10 years and will come out to maintain or fix any workmanship issue in that window.

Financeit

Our financing runs through Financeit, so a roof can be spread over monthly payments instead of paid all at once. Financing is provided by Financeit, subject to their approval and terms. How it works, step by step, is on our roof financing page.
