What a replacement day looks like
We load your materials onto the roof a day or two ahead. A dump trailer goes on the driveway so old shingles drop straight into the bin. On install day the crew sets up tarps and dropsheets to catch every nail and offcut, and strips the roof to the deck.
We inspect the plywood for rotten boards, replace what needs it, then rebuild: drip edge, ice and water shield at the eaves, full underlayment, shingles, ridge venting. Most homes are done in a day.
