Eavestroughs (eavestroughing, if you are searching for "gutters") carry water away from your roof and foundation. Done wrong, they overflow, ice up, and dump water exactly where you do not want it. We install continuous-run eavestroughs along with soffit and fascia so the whole edge of your roof works together.
Why it matters here
Saskatchewan freeze-thaw cycles are hard on eavestroughs. Poor drainage feeds ice dams in winter and pushes water against the foundation in spring. Proper sizing, slope, and downspout placement fix that.
Soffit and fascia
Soffit and fascia close in the underside and edge of your roof and control ventilation. Good ventilation keeps your attic dry and your shingles cool, which is part of why a roof lasts. We replace tired soffit and fascia when we re-roof or as a standalone job.
