Saskatoon's oldest housing runs out from the original west-side townsite, which took its charter in 1903, and the city now counts 115,619 private dwellings with 107,052 of them occupied. Hampton Village: a valley installed wrong
This client in Saskatoon's Hampton Village had an ongoing leak that started only 2 months after their new roof was installed. The valley had been installed incorrectly. To fix it properly we redid the valley and installed step flashing along the fascia.
